Inside Sales Representative
Echelon Supply and Service is a leading provider of premium industrial and hydraulic hose solutions for commercial and defense markets across North America. They are seeking an Inside Sales Representative to achieve sales goals, manage existing customer relationships, and drive sales initiatives. The role involves utilizing CRM systems and marketing strategies to expand the customer base and maintain positive relationships with clients.

Responsibilities
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales & financial goals established by the company
Manage and grow an existing customer base through sales initiatives, while continuing to expand current customers
Drive sales of current products to MRO/OEM and end users by creating and implementing marketing/business strategies while utilizing current market trends
Make scheduled sales calls to determine active, inactive and prospective accounts
Developing and maintaining positive relationships with all established accounts while building foundations for new customer relationships
Use of CRM system and marketing platforms to track sales calls, and activities performed
Qualification
Preferred
Motivated self-starter with a strong proven track record of 2+ years of sales success preferred but not required
BA in Business, or another related field preferred, but not required
Experience with Microsoft Office products
Highly organized, with the ability to work independently
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Ability to multi-task, and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
