Responsibilities

Maintenance, change management, issue resolution, lifecycle management and support of server, storage, network systems for DartPoints customer facing platforms

Manage availability of multi-tenant cloud platforms, delivering 99.999% uptime SLA to customers

New customer provisioning and services installation

Escalation resource for Customer Support Teams

Act as final-tier escalation for critical incidents; participate in 24×7 on-call rotation

Maintain a working level of proficiency with all DartPoints services

Other as assigned by your supervisor

Required

Associates Degree in Network Services, Information Technology, Systems Administration, or other technical discipline and 2 - 4 years of applicable experience

2-5 years hands-on experience managing Nutanix HCI in production including deployment and migrations

Deep expertise with Veeam Backup & Replication and/or Zerto in multi-site replication in enterprise or service-provider environments

Strong knowledge of hypervisors (Nutanix AHV required; VMware ESXi highly desired)

Comfortable with physical data center tasks: racking, cabling, smart hands, hardware break-fix, and DCIM tools

General understanding of IP networking is required

Excellent verbal and written communications skills

Excellent documentation skills

Strong attention to detail, making and keeping commitments and meeting deadlines
