Responsibilities
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
Manage month-end/year-end close in NetSuite
Oversee property-level accounting (rent rolls, CAM reconciliations, tenant billing)
Handle inventory accounting, COGS, and margin analysis for recycling operations
Support budgeting, forecasting, audits, and tax filings
Mentor junior accounting staff and drive process improvements
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance
5–8+ years of progressive accounting experience
Strong NetSuite skills (required)
Experience with AppFolio or similar property management software
Preferred
CPA or CPA-track preferred
