Responsibilities
Research, compile, and organize data from various sources
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness
Perform exploratory data analysis to identify patterns, trends, and outliers
Validate the impact of key metrics on long-term business objectives in a statistically rigorous manner
Translate complex data into actionable insights and recommendations that directly inform business strategy, client engagement, and operational improvements
Serve as a subject matter expert in data interpretation, advising leadership on trends, risks, and opportunities
Lead cross-functional data initiatives that require coordination with stakeholders across departments, including Finance, Marketing, and IT
Report findings in both written and visual formats
Create clear and concise reports summarizing key findings
Develop visualizations and reports that not only communicate findings but also guide executive decision-making and strategic planning
Develop visualizations (charts, graphs) to communicate complex data effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Create products quickly and efficiently with the End User experience in mind
Write clean and well-documented queries
Streamlining data collection methods and automating data extraction
Creating automated workflows
Designing reusable templates for data entry, reporting, and visualization
Implementing version control practices for transparency
Ensure the integrity and accuracy of data by identifying and correcting data quality issues
Creating clear and insightful visualizations using tools like Excel charts, Smartsheets, or Power BI
Automating report generation processes (scheduled data refreshes, dynamic dashboards)
Customizing reports to meet specific client needs
Translating data insights into actionable recommendations
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in Excel, including graphing and pivot tables
PowerBI expertise
Knowledge of Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) for automation
Understanding Excel's integration with other Microsoft products
Ability to conduct research using multiple online platforms
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Business, or related fields
Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
Valid authorization to work in the U.S
