Assisting Alliant Energy customers with service-related questions, billing inquiries, and resolving power outage issues. This may sometimes require de-escalating certain issues with customers in a professional manner
Providing exceptional, friendly support over the phone—no sales required
Navigating multiple systems while speaking with customers
Collaborating with your teammates to ensure every customer gets the help they need

Qualification
Required
Must reside in Iowa
At least 2 years of experience in customer service
Stable work history
Passionate about providing outstanding service
High school diploma or GED
Authorized to work in the United States
