Responsibilities
Reach out to pre-qualified leads to schedule virtual (Zoom) consultations
Present benefits packages and assist new clients through the enrollment process
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities
Build strong, long-term client relationships through exceptional service
Set and achieve personal and team goals with the support of experienced managers
Qualification
Required
Coachable attitude and willingness to learn new skills
Genuine interest in helping people and providing high-quality service
Must hold or be willing to obtain an insurance license (support provided)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Must be fluent in English and reside in Canada (except Quebec)
Must have a computer or laptop (tablets/Chromebooks not supported)
Preferred
Previous sales or customer service experience is helpful but not required
