Responsibilities

Contribute to supporting organizational vision with excellence in execution of MM Client Relations strategy within necessary/associated processes, systems and capacity; translating strategy into actionable steps for organizational maturation

Advocate for Alliance goals and collaboration, support partner organizations in identifying their best contribution(s) and role for meeting these goals for sustainable collective impact

Monitor Alliance and partner organization health to encourage growth and alignment with Alliance goals; communicate these to leadership as appropriate

Highlight successful and deficient Alliance projects for celebration or attention. Provide perspective and counsel to relevant Alliance leadership

Upon request, conduct and/or support operational analyses of partner organizations and/or projects

Provide Alliance stakeholders with necessary insights and guidance for informed partnership and stewardship

Support or lead the development of cohorts (Tables, Work Groups, etc.) of embedded partner staff and subject matter experts sharing responsibility for strategic initiatives that drive toward Alliance goals

Facilitate strategic conversations through meetings, developing reports or presentations or other administrative tasks

Update the appropriate database(s), file(s), and tool(s) so that accurate records of project progress are kept, and others can support or share in the work easily

Promote backbone service methodologies and foster client onboarding and long-term relationship through healthy alliance progress
