Executive Operations Coordinator
Lifeblood is an Executive Search Firm serving small and medium-sized MedTech companies globally. The Executive Operations Coordinator will ensure efficient workflow and communication across all departments while managing administrative tasks and supporting recruitment objectives.

Responsibilities
Maintain and update candidate records, job postings, and all recruitment documentation within the Client Relationship Manager (CRM) / Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other databases to ensure accuracy and compliance
Provide comprehensive administrative assistance, including managing calendars, coordinating travel arrangements, and ordering office supplies
Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations related to recruitment metrics
Support the planning and execution of community events and internal company functions
Qualification
Required
Proven experience (2+ years) in administrative support, customer service, or office management, preferably within a fast-paced office or recruitment environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking abilities with diligent attention to detail
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
A proactive, collaborative, and resourceful team-player mindset with strong problem-solving skills
This is an in-office position, Monday-Friday, at our headquarters in The Woodlands, TX
Availability on weekends for urgent matters
Must be located within 30min driving distance of The Woodlands, TX
Preferred
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software is a strong plus
Experience with virtual communication tools (Zoom, Microsoft Teams, etc.)
