Responsibilities
Lead and execute recruiting strategy that takes into account companies need to hire professionals at the tops of their fields who are located all over the country and the world
Develop internal communications and processes for high internal visibility of progress toward achieving hiring targets
Develop interview process that supports hiring for Rivian's culture and values and work intensively with design, engineering, and business functions to improve every Rivian employee's effectiveness at identifying the right talent

Qualification
Required
5+ years of recruiting experience conducting national talent searches, preferably at a firm that experienced rapid growth for sustained period of at least 12 months
Experience hiring for highly specialized technical roles
Preferred
Bachelors Degree preferred
