They are seeking an Internet and Phone Customer Care Advisor to assist customers with internet sales inquiries, handle inbound calls, and schedule appointments with sales associates.

Responsibilities
Monitor and contact customers who send internet sales inquiries into the dealership as well as handle all inbound sales calls and website chats
Work directly with customers via phone, email, text and chat to help determine their automotive needs
Schedule customer appointments to meet with a sales associate to complete the buying process
Follow up and maintain relationships with former customers
Multi-task using several platforms and online tools for customer profiles and inventory information
Work in a team environment
Complete daily tasks in a timely manner
Qualification
Required

Good verbal and written communication and grammar skills
Basic computer skills

Dependable
Valid driver's license
Must be able to sit for several hours
Retail hours, some nights, most weekends and holidays required
Preferred
Prior Business Development Center (BDC) or appointment setting experience a plus
Bilingual a plus
