The Credit Services Analyst role supports the Credit Services Client Platform by providing accounting, trading, and covenant compliance support for funds and credit facilities of moderate complexity, requiring strong attention to detail and financial acumen.

Responsibilities

Covenant Compliance & Credit Agreement Review: Read, interpret, and review credit agreements to identify covenant requirements, compliance thresholds, and reporting obligations for committed credit facilities
Compliance Monitoring & Tracking: Set up, monitor, and maintain covenant compliance within internal systems, ensuring all requirements are accurately tracked and kept up to date
Document Review & Processing: Review moderately complex documents processed across the bank to confirm compliance with established processes, procedures, and service level agreements
System Setup & Maintenance: Upload credit agreements and supporting documentation into internal tools (including CTrack), ensuring accurate setup, data integrity, and ongoing maintenance
Risk & Error Identification: Identify potential fail points in processes, draft error or exception reports, and provide findings to internal stakeholders or clients as required
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with CSA teams, lending partners, and loan operations to clarify documentation, resolve questions, and support compliance-related initiatives
Client & Lender Interaction: Respond to inquiries from lenders as needed, demonstrating the ability to clearly explain covenant terms, compliance status, and documentation details
Ad Hoc Support: Assist with additional projects related to credit services, compliance, or process improvement as business needs arise

Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
3+ years of experience in Financial Services, with exposure to credit, lending, or middle-office functions
Proven experience reading and interpreting credit agreements or legal/financial documents
Strong understanding of covenant compliance concepts and terminology
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with strong attention to detail
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word

Preferred

Experience in Credit Services, lending, or covenant compliance environments
Prior experience supporting funds, credit facilities, or loan-related products
Familiarity with credit services platforms
Prior experience working directly with lenders or credit stakeholders
