This role is focused on elevating care standards across multiple behavioral health facilities and ensuring exceptional care and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

Lead and mentor Division Quality Directors

Drive regulatory readiness and survey success (Joint Commission, CMS, CARF, state/federal standards)

Strengthen patient safety, patient experience, and performance improvement initiatives

Partner closely with facility, division, and corporate leadership

Support growth initiatives including new facility openings, expansions, and acquisitions

Champion innovation and best‑practice adoption across quality and compliance functions

Required

Bachelor's degree required

5+ years of senior leadership experience in psychiatric or behavioral healthcare operations

Deep expertise in healthcare regulations, accreditation, and quality improvement methodologies

Ability to travel up to 50%
