Responsibilities

Designing and maintaining NetSuite CPQ configurations, validation rules, and pricing logic
Building dynamic Proposal Generator templates with conditional content, branded layouts, and automated assembly
Developing CPQ scripts, plugins, and integrations using JavaScript and SuiteScript 1.0/2.x
Implementing AI‑assisted recommendations, automation, and insights within CPQ workflows
Configure and manage NetSuite AI connectors and integrations
Integrating CPQ and Proposal Generator with CRM, ERP, and external systems
Troubleshooting CPQ and proposal issues related to data, formatting, or performance
Supporting enhancements, AI feature rollouts, and system upgrades
Collaborating with Sales, Manufacturing, Marketing, and Finance to ensure proposal accuracy and compliance

Qualification

Required

2+ years of hands‑on NetSuite and CPQ development experience
Strong JavaScript skills and experience with SuiteScript (1.0/2.x)
Experience with CPQ configuration, pricing rules, and proposal document generation
Familiarity with NetSuite AI features, connectors, or analytics tools
Understanding of NetSuite ERP data structures and workflows
Experience integrating NetSuite with external systems via APIs or connectors
Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving abilities

Preferred

Based in or near Cincinnati, Ohio
NetSuite CPQ, SuiteFoundation, or related certifications
Experience with SuiteScript 2.x, NetSuite Analytics Warehouse, or AI‑powered reporting
Background supporting high‑volume or complex quoting environments
Familiarity with CRM‑to‑CPQ integrations
Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments
