Responsibilities

RIA Client Support: Assist Registered Investment Advisory (RIA) clients with opening new brokerage accounts, processing fund transfers, and maintaining brokerage accounts
Client Communications: Handle inbound phone calls and email inquiries from existing clients, often resolving complex requests over multiple days
Account & Platform Navigation: Guide clients through brokerage platforms and web tools, ensuring accurate and complete resolution of inquiries
Case Management: Manage multiple open client requests simultaneously, maintaining organization, follow-up, and documentation
Relationship Management: Provide professional, calm, and thorough service while building trust with long-term clients

Qualification

Financial Services experienceBrokerage account knowledgeClient communicationMicrosoft tools proficiencyOrganizational skills

Required

Working background in Financial Services (brokerage securities or retail banking preferred)
Proven ability to analyze and work through complex data or scenarios
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
Comfortable handling a high volume of phone calls and email communications
Proficiency with Microsoft tools

Preferred

Brokerage securities industry experience
Experience supporting Independent RIA firms
Working knowledge of new account opening and account transfers
Experience in retail or trust banking environments
