Responsibilities

Lead architectural discussions and solution design of ServiceNow modules, ensuring platform scalability, reliability, and performance

Collaborate with stakeholders and clients to align ServiceNow capabilities with business requirements

Ensure technical deliverables are complete, consistent, high-quality, and on time

Work with Cloud architects and serve as the primary technical resource for the ServiceNow platform's architecture, design, and integration

Collaborate with developers and system administrators to deliver scalable and reliable ServiceNow configurations and customizations

Lead efforts to optimize ServiceNow performance through monitoring, maintenance, and tuning

Provide technical leadership for complex ServiceNow implementations, including data migration and workflow automation
