Responsibilities

Participate in risk assessment of AI-centric agreement pipeline with a specific focus on the unit economics of AI startups, to ensure risk and reward are balanced and understood, as well as contributing to discussions around revenue recognition risks
Manage and mitigate risks specific to high-demand infrastructure agreements within the AI sector, including decision-making around agreements involving TPUs and GCP agreements
Perform detailed financial analysis by building scalable models that incorporate non-traditional credit signals (e.g., GPU/TPU utilization rates, model training milestones, and venture funding cycles) including the build-out of financial models which can be used at scale creditworthiness assessments within the AI sector
Serve as the primary credit expert on hyperscale agreement-making, influencing agreement structure based on knowledge of cloud-specific terminology (e.g., CUDs, RIs), technology, and key market trends within the AI startup sector

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or Operations, or equivalent practical experience
7 years of experience in management consulting, or an operations-related function; or 5 years with an advanced degree in business, accounting, or finance
Experience in credit risk management in a public accounting or multi-national company setting

Preferred

MBA
Lean Six Sigma (LSS) Green Belt, Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certifications
Experience leading process improvement projects and influencing and managing stakeholder relationships
Excellent data analysis skills, with experience applying statistical methods, SQL, and dashboard designs
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
