New Grad, Entry LevelMindlance is a nonprofit organization seeking a Digital Communications Specialist to support and execute digital content strategies for their Pennsylvania team. The role focuses on creating, managing, and distributing digital content to enhance community engagement and requires participation in local events for content capture.

Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate account activities and deliverables for the Pennsylvania team
Facilitate regular status calls and ensure timely completion of administrative tasks (invoicing, auditing, payments, and 1099s)
Collaborate with office staff and leadership to understand and execute digital media strategies
Support and manage content distribution across social, web, and digital platforms
Coordinate and implement paid promotions on digital media
Track project status and identify opportunities for increased digital engagement
Create and edit video, motion graphics, and static imagery for digital platforms
Attend in-person events to capture photography and videography for social and web use
Manage timely editing and delivery of multimedia content from events
Prepare and submit monthly summary reports and project assessments
Participate in monthly and mid-contract reviews with management
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in digital communications, social media management, and video production
Strong project management and organizational skills
Ability to collaborate across teams and manage multiple tasks independently
Proficiency with creative tools for digital content and motion graphics
Strong understanding of brand compliance and digital strategy alignment
Excellent communication, reporting, and time management skills
Preferred
Photography and videography experience
Experience with paid promotion tools and campaign analytics
Familiarity with nonprofit or community-focused organizational environments
