Complete data entry and verify data and information using standard verification processes
Validate/complete and document requested data through phone, fax or email contact
Analyze and research more in-depth data of information requested, utilizing appropriate resources

Qualification

Court records analysisCustomer service experienceWindows applicationsGoogle SuiteHigh-volume environment

Required

At least 1 year of customer service experience
Understanding of PC functions, including Windows-based applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Google Suite applications and the ability to learn/understand internal Verification Services technology/systems

Preferred

Strong proficiency in understanding county court records, the nature of county criminal offenses and how they progress through the criminal justice system, and the nuances and differences across varying jurisdictions
Experienced within a high-volume, contact center environment
