Contracts Administrative Specialist

Responsibilities

Offer administrative support to Management, Operations and Sales Teams across the nation
Prepare agreements and proposals, verify document accuracy, maintain proper documentation, and handle general office management tasks
Maintain critical customer documentation in CRM portal
Interpret and analyze both oral and written communications effectively
Facilitate the planning and coordination of office functions, including company annual conference
Assist with special projects assigned by your manager

Required

Possess a valid US driver's license
High School Diploma or equivalent required
At least five (5) years of experience in a critical administrative role
Strong organizational skills, time management, and detailed work standards
Proficiency and advanced skills in Microsoft applications and other computer software systems
Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in written form
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner
Ability to positively react to change in environment, process, and people
Experience working in an administrative capacity within a professional environment
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects efficiently, prioritize workloads, and meet deadlines
Proficiency in contract software (e.g., AdobeSign), Adobe Professional, and Canva

Preferred

Associate or bachelor's degree preferred
