Responsibilities
Be coachable and ready to learn and grow as you master the Symmetry system
Contact your leads, book appointments, run appointments, serve families through putting policies in place that protect your families
Work with our dozens of carrier partners to learn and articulate the benefits of our product portfolio
Create and own your own schedule to effectively engage and help your leads/clients put protection in place for their families
Over time, have the choice to lead and grow a team of agent-brokers as your downlines
Qualification
Required
A Life & Health license (if you don't have it yet, we will help you attain this)
An entrepreneurial spirit and hunger to create success
Coachable and eager to learn
A servant's heart and love to help clients and teammates get what THEY want
