Responsibilities

Provide extensive administrative support to ensure success of multiple brokers and assigned accounts

Manage client relationships while acting as a direct line between Beta and the client

Draft and review a variety of documents, included but not limited to initiation of projects, market reports, RFPs, RFIs, LOIs, and comparison packages

Coordinate property information packages in response to RFIs and RFPs

Prepare various reports and presentations for both Beta and the client

Update, pull and maintain accurate information in Salesforce and other CRM databases

Ensure accuracy of all information collected and distributed internally and externally

Research and compile market data such as rent comparisons and sales comparisons

Ability to perform dedicated research, analyze data found, and make informed recommendations

Other duties as assigned
