Responsibilities
Conduct individualized skill and behavior assessments
Develop and supervise the implementation of individualized treatment plans
Provide parents training to ensure families are equipped with the tools necessary to promote their child's success
Provide supervision and ongoing training to your RBTs
Evaluate client progress through data collection
Qualification
Required
Master's degree in applied behavioral analysis, psychology, or education
BCBA certification
At least 1 year of experience in providing ABA therapy services
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
