Paycom Implementation Specialist
Ledgent Technology is seeking a Paycom Implementation Specialist for a contract engagement with a large community-based organization. This role will focus on assessing the current Paycom system, optimizing modules, digitizing paper-based processes, and training staff for long-term success.
Responsibilities
System Assessment: Review current Paycom setup to determine what is implemented, optimized, and fully functional
Gap Analysis & Recommendations: Identify missing modules or features and propose solutions to maximize Paycom's capabilities
Digitization Strategy: Evaluate paper-based processes and develop a plan and timeline for digitization
Integration Review: Ensure Paycom interfaces correctly with payroll, benefits, and other systems
Training & Support: Train staff on best practices, streamline workflows, and provide shortcuts for efficient use
Collaborative Approach: Partner with the HR lead to offload manual tasks while respecting her role and strengths
Culture Alignment: Maintain a "here to help" mindset-warm, approachable, and focused on partnership rather than replacement
Qualification
Required
Paycom Expertise: Proven experience implementing and optimizing Paycom modules
Process Improvement Skills: Ability to evaluate workflows and recommend efficiencies
Digitization Experience: Skilled in converting paper processes into digital systems
Strong Communication: Collaborative, empathetic, and able to train and mentor staff effectively
Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with system integrations and troubleshooting
