This role serves as a strategic partner to designated business units, aligning HR strategies with organizational objectives while managing core HR processes such as employee lifecycle administration and employee relations.

Responsibilities

Partner with business leaders to align HR initiatives with organizational strategies and objectives

Provide insights and recommendations on performance management, workforce planning, and employee engagement

Support organizational change initiatives and culture development

Act as the first point of contact for employee relations issues

Conduct investigations and recommend corrective actions when needed

Coach managers on performance improvement and documentation

Manage employee lifecycle processes: onboarding, offboarding, job changes, and documentation

Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data

Administer benefits enrollment, changes, and employee inquiries

Process payroll changes and coordinate with payroll providers
