Contact Center Sales Representative Full-Time Seasonal – Hybrid
SpringGreen is an industry leader in lawn, pest, and tree care services, seeking a Full Time Seasonal Contact Center Sales Representative. The role involves performing inbound and outbound call center sales functions, handling customer inquiries, and driving account growth through upselling efforts.

Responsibilities
Handle and convert inbound customer sales inquiries and provide information about our services while utilizing selling techniques to encourage customers to buy
Perform outbound sales calls to promote our lawn care and pest control services to prospects and customers while leveraging available and recommended services in response to marketing efforts
Measure and document property sizes to support accurate program and service price quotations
Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction, brand loyalty and repeat business
Document all inbound and outbound call interactions in CRM system, maintaining accurate documentation of customer call records, sales activities and customer account information
Process payment information for inbound and outbound sales transactions accurately and efficiently
Answer incoming calls by directing and assisting existing customers with additional sales questions or needs to promote our additional services and/or pest control services
Utilize alternative methods to assess and provide accurate program/service pricing quotations when direct measurements are not available
Utilization of CRM, Microsoft Outlook & Microsoft Teams software
Thoroughly communicate appropriate information to customers and coworkers, both verbally and in writing, in a professional, friendly and caring manner
Performs other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or GED required
Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
Familiarity with Microsoft Teams & Outlook and/or similar communication platforms
Excellent multitasking abilities, skilled in prioritizing tasks and objectives
Strong customer centric focus with the ability to adapt to various personality types
Ability to work effectively both in a team setting and/or independently
Strong computer & technical experience
Minimum typing skills 40 WPM
At least 2-3 years of experience in inbound or outbound sales and/or customer service/call center environments, or a comparable combination of education and experience
Preferred
Some coursework in Business, Sales, Customer Service, Communications, or related fields is preferred
