Responsibilities

Generating detailed designs for review

Developing and implementing changes to the layout of operations for improved efficiency

Conducting analysis through prototyping, testing and qualification

Ensuring designs are suited for high-volume manufacturability

Leverage time studies and process simulation to define, measure and validate performance improvements to the production line

Designing and implementing changes to the layout of the areas to improve safety, quality and efficiency of motion

Design and implementation of new equipment to enhance the safety of operations through improvements in ergonomics and management of Powered Industrial Equipment and Human interaction

Engaging with teams across the facility to identify areas of process improvement and identify the tools to improve performance

Creation of key performance indicators to measure the performance of processes

Required

You are pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering

Minimum, cumulative GPA of 3.00 for each degree earned

0 - 3 years' experience in a related field

Willingness to travel - examples include visiting other facilities and vendors to see equipment and share best practices
