The Software Engineering Intern will work with experienced engineers to design, implement, test, and deploy software components for automated test equipment, while also collaborating on test strategies and plans.

Responsibilities

Work with experienced software engineers to design, implement, test, and deploy software components for the UltraFLEX/UltraFLEXPlus family of Automated Test Equipment

Work with software verification engineers to devise, document and execute effective test strategies and plans

Qualification

Required

Able to clearly express your ideas and concepts both written and verbally

Capable to do object-oriented software design, and implementation

Proficiency in C++, C# and .NET development or Java

Solid knowledge of data structures and algorithms, and operating systems (Windows, Linux)

Solid knowledge of Object-Oriented Design and Programming Concepts

Experience with development tools: Visual Studio, Clearcase/Git

Current student at an accredited college or university

Pursuing a bachelor's degree program in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering with Computer Science Minor

GPA of 3.5 out of 4 or better

Demonstrated organizational qualities through projects or extracurricular activities
