Responsibilities

Manage 40-50 enterprise software accounts that span different customer segments (strategic, develop, sustain) and customer journeys (new customers, steady-state existing customers)
Ensure that both new and existing customers are leveraging Profisee to deliver tangible business value: increased revenue, decreased cost, or decreased risk
Engage with day-1 customers as the facilitator to ensure that project planning, kick-off, requirements documentation, implementation, and go-live remain on track
Ensure that existing customers are optimally utilizing the Profisee platform to realize maximum benefit from the customer’s partnership with Profisee
Exceed 95% gross retention of annual recurring revenue that is up for renewal each quarter
Serve as the quarterback to bring in the right resources to assess situations, develop mitigation plans, and ensure those plans are executed to resolve customer issues
Proactively identify and mitigate risk by understanding implementation/adoption status and solution significance within assigned accounts
Create enthusiastic customers who will promote Profisee to colleagues and peers by ensuring value realization
Become the dependable go-to single point of contact to address customer needs
Make key stakeholders and executive sponsors within customers “Data Heroes” by aligning cross-functional teams
Identify additional use cases for the Profisee platform that result in platform expansion
Leverage documented customer results and case studies to actively promote additional Profisee use cases among accounts
Engage cross-functional resources to develop an engagement plan to align Profisee with customer strategic goals

Required

Experience managing enterprise software accounts
Ability to work with cross-functional teams
Strong understanding of customer journey stages
Experience with customer retention strategies
Ability to manage escalations and develop mitigation plans
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to identify and mitigate risks
Experience in promoting platform adoption and expansion
Understanding of core business operations across multiple industries
Ability to leverage customer case studies and results
Experience in engaging with executive sponsors and stakeholders
Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM tools
