Arcadia Care is seeking a Business Office Manager and Human Resources professional to manage the full employee life cycle and assist with day-to-day accounting functions. This dual role involves recruiting staff, resolving employee relations issues, and managing accounting tasks to ensure compliance with regulations and effective financial operations.

Responsibilities

Recruit staff members; conduct background checks; maintain all files; and manage and resolves complex employee relations issues for your facility

Act as a strategic partner between various departments, employees and administrator to influence company culture through new hire orientation, employee engagement, and more

Advise department managers on proper guidelines, procedures, company policies, in accordance with facility, local, state, and federal guidelines and regulations

Assist in implementing the day-to-day functions of the accounting department

Maintain and facilitate all invoices; reports; accounting files; monitor and collect accounts receivables; and proper filing in accordance to policies and procedures that govern the accounting functions of the facility

Assist in preparing monthly financial statements to include preparing monthly balance sheet, income, and expense reports, etc., as required

Assist in the planning and implementation of changes in our accounting system as necessary or directed
