Vantage Elevation is North America’s leading independent manufacturer of elevator components and systems, seeking a Warehouse and Customer Service Manager to lead their Miami Regional Service Center. In this role, you will oversee warehouse operations, customer service, and inventory management, ensuring efficient material flow and exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

Lead and promote a safety-first culture, conduct audits and ensuring compliance

Deliver outstanding customer service to walk-in, phone, and email customers

Oversee warehouse operations, ensuring product availability and 99%+ inventory accuracy

Manage MRP and purchasing activities to achieve service and inventory goals

Verify pricing and purchase order accuracy within the ERP system

Collaborate with business units and quality teams to resolve delivery and data issues

Lead semi-annual physical inventories and reconcile results with Finance

Drive continuous improvement initiatives and cost-saving projects

Support daily warehouse operations as needed (including forklift operations)

Travel occasionally within the RSC network for support or program rollouts
