Responsibilities

Design and deliver reports that meet hospital and physician business requirements; provide training on report generation

Analyze financial and revenue cycle performance data to identify trends, patterns, and root causes

Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses to identify improvement opportunities

Maintain and execute ongoing and ad-hoc reporting for leadership teams

Develop meaningful data visualizations and dashboards using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, or Epic Hyperspace

Extract and validate data using complex SQL queries; optimize query performance

Provide end-user support and assist with data requests

Manage medium to large-scale projects, including timelines and stakeholder communication

Communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences and provide training as needed
