Responsibilities
Conduct multiple 90-minute tours per day, providing an engaging and informative experience for visitors
Develop a deep understanding of Amazon's fulfillment processes, robotics technology, and company history
Effectively communicate complex technical concepts to audiences with varying levels of technical knowledge
Highlight Amazon's commitment to employee development, safety, and well-being
Educate visitors about Amazon's sustainability initiatives and the Climate Pledge
Ensure tour groups adhere to all safety protocols and facility regulations
Maintain positive site relationships and participate in site & community engagement activities
Staff and train Ambassador & Proxy teams
Respond to questions from tour participants accurately and professionally
Collaborate with fulfillment center teams to stay updated on the latest developments and processes
Maintain and update tour content to reflect new technologies and company initiatives
Collect and report feedback from tour participants to improve the overall experience
Qualification
Required
Experience in oral and written communication in English
Public Speaking Experience
Ability to conduct multiple tours per day (5 days per week) onsite in a Fulfillment Center. This includes frequently moving around the building and going up and down stairs while ensuring groups are adhering to all safety procedures
Preferred
Experience in Fulfillment Operations
Customer Service Experience
Experience leading teams
Tourism/Hospitality Industry Experience
Ability to quickly adapt to a changing work environment and priorities
An entrepreneurial spirit, including the ability to work independently and autonomously
