Responsibilities
Provide administrative support, ensuring accuracy of all department records and data
Oversee department inventory and manage organization of event materials
Assemble event collateral
Research and provide recommendations for possible event activations, sponsors and gifted items
Assist with set up and strike for all events
Assist with event planning and preparation
Assist with on-site social media for events
Provide creative ideas for event themes, decor, and logistics
Identify, prospect, and secure event sponsorships and partnerships
Develop and present sponsorship packages to potential clients
Maintain and grow relationships with existing sponsors and partners
Qualification
Required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
MUST be over the age of 21
Preferred
Preferred majors: Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality
Experience with event planning/management, customer service preferred
