Responsibilities
Responsible for technical systems management of Identity Management based servers, applications, and services, in their entirety
Implement, configure, administer, tune, troubleshoot and patch various components of the Identity Management and Access Management environment, including both on premises and cloud offerings
Responsible for the implementation and administration of SSO Federations
Configure, administer, and maintain integrations to and from the Identity system
Own responsibility for the authentication and account lifecycle process for the university
Provide expertise in Identity and Access Management and the different components that relate along with participation in roadmap creation for the identity system
Comfortable administering Access Management systems and account lifecycle management systems, whether on-prem or SaaS offerings
Have working experience with Oracle Middleware and have had exposure to cloud technologies in AWS, Azure, or Google
Familiar with the Oracle Identity Management suite of applications, including Oracle Access Management (OAM), Oracle Internet Directory (OID), and Oracle Unified Directory (OUD)
Demonstrated working knowledge with Okta, Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID and account lifecycle management systems
Support medium to high complexity maintenance along with operational and incident service requests for the IAM team, encompassing identity-related tasks for Microsoft 365 and for the University environment as a whole
Strong communicator and team-player on various projects and troubleshooting
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field
Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant work experience in Information Technology
Experience leading day-to-day operations support for Identity and Access Management (IAM) in an enterprise environment
Preferred
Experience in higher education is preferred
Familiarity with DUO, Okta, and Entra ID is preferred
Six (6) or more years of experience managing IAM operations in an enterprise setting
Experience working within a higher education environment
Hands-on experience with DUO, Okta, and Entra ID solutions
