The role involves managing civil site construction projects from pre-construction through closeout, coordinating schedules, budgets, and subcontractors, and ensuring safety and quality compliance on every project.
Construction
Responsibilities
Manage civil site construction projects from pre-construction through closeout
Coordinate schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and project documentation
Serve as the main point of contact for owners, engineers, and internal teams
Track schedules using Microsoft Project
Review plans and drawings using Bluebeam Revu
Manage budgets, costs, and job reporting using Sage Construction
Ensure safety, quality, and contract compliance on every project
Support estimating and pre-construction efforts when/as needed
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in civil site construction project management, site development, underground utilities, earthwork and grading projects
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Working knowledge of Microsoft Project
Working knowledge of Bluebeam Revu
Working knowledge of Sage Construction software systems
Ability to read and interpret civil construction plans and specs
Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
