Responsibilities

Proactively solicits new residential and commercial mortgage business

Sells Park City Credit Union's (PCCU) products and services to members according to all credit union policies, procedures, Federal and State rules and regulations to meet established loan quality and production goals

Conducts interviews with mortgage applicants in order to analyze financial and credit information

Ensures exceptional member service by maintaining knowledge of lending programs, policies, procedures and regulatory requirements, with a commitment to professional ethics

Responsible for ongoing development and maintenance of quality relationships with real estate professionals in all credit union markets which may include regular participation in business related development opportunities and community efforts to promote homeownership
