Responsibilities
Prepare pre-event estimates and budgets, collaborating with operations and booking teams
Execute event settlements on-site during evenings and weekends, ensuring accurate payouts to artists, promoters, and other parties
Generate post-event flash reports and contribute to variance analysis and profitability reviews
Reconcile revenue streams including ticketing, F&B, merchandise, sponsorship, and other event income
Support month-end close with journal entries, reconciliations, and audit documentation
Build dashboards and provide clear financial summaries to leadership
Qualification
Required
2–3 years of experience in a general accounting function
Proficient in financial systems and Excel
Meticulous, detail-oriented, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
Must have a Bachelor's degree
Evening and weekend availability is required to support live events
Preferred
Experience in sports or entertainment accounting is a plus
D365 FO preferred
