Responsibilities

Managing the day-to-day operations of client accounts
Executing Advisors' instructions to trade, move money, and update account details
Researching and resolving NIGO (not in good order) issues
Documenting actions in Redtail CRM
Preparing and processing paperwork for new accounts, asset transfers, and distributions
Monitoring client accounts and maintaining client records
Optimizing operational processes
Ensuring regulatory compliance
Providing firm-wide backup support

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree preferred
Securities Industry Exam or equivalent experience
2+ years of experience as an Operations Specialist or in a similar role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving and time management skills
Detail-oriented and strong organizational skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, strong computer proficiency and ability to learn new technology
Ability to Relocate: Orem, UT 84057: Relocate before starting work (Required)
