Responsibilities
Coordinate and organize digital learning initiatives in accordance with company objectives and strategies
Utilize Learning Management Systems (LMS) to design, deliver, track and report on online learning programs
Communicate with various departments to understand the requirements of e-learning materials and programs
Monitor learner progression and provide feedback for improvements, ensuring the virtual learning environment remains effective and engaging
Provide real-time troubleshooting and technical support for learners experiencing difficulties with online tools and platforms
Assist in the development of new learning models and make sure the learning content is updated regularly
Provide reports on the program's effectiveness, learner progress and suggest potential improvements
Qualification
Required
A bachelor's degree in Education, Business, or a related field
Basic knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS), e-Learning platforms, and practices
Possess effective verbal and written communication skills
An ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize work
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Preferred
Experience in e-learning, educational technology, or a related field is preferred but not essential
