Responsibilities

Work with warm, interested prospective clients, handling incoming calls and emails in a professional and concise manner

Conduct credit consultations and educate clients on various financial solutions to resolve their debt

Enroll clients into debt resolution programs, adapting your presentation to match their unique needs

Schedule appointments and manage your lead pipeline using our streamlined CRM to maximize consulting and sales opportunities

Meet daily metrics and monthly sales targets, maintaining up-to-date note logs and adhering to all internal and industry compliance regulations

Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers, developing sales strategies for each account

Participate actively in team meetings and contribute to our collaborative environment

Required

Minimum of 3 years of continuous sales experience, with a strong track record of success and top-ranking sales performance in a commissioned sales environment

Strong verbal and written communication abilities are essential

You connect quickly with others, appreciate building relationships, and genuinely enjoy helping people

You excel under pressure, can manage multiple people with differing needs, and maintain strong organization and time management skills

Proficient in basic computer skills and Microsoft/Google programs

Ability to quickly adapt to new systems/workflows

Ability to analyze credit reports and factors
