Responsibilities

Conduct functional and pressure testing on pneumatic components

Test, troubleshoot, and verify the functionality of aircraft pneumatic components, such as valves, regulators, actuators, and other related systems

Operate manual and automated test equipment

Analyze test data and ensure that all components meet performance and safety standards before being approved for return to service

Read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics

Responsible for the general upkeep of testing equipment and providing test reports

Required

Ability to work well with a team and excellent communication skills

+3 years minimum experience in pneumatic testing

Proficiency in using diagnostic and measurement tools such as pressure gauges, flow meters, and leak detectors

Basic computer skills for test documentation and data entry

Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a safety-first mindset

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and remain stationary for extended periods
