Qualification
Required
Interest in Family Law, especially the dynamics of domestic violence
Willingness to manage Legal Issues and provide direct client representation in county courts
Excellent oral and written advocacy skills
Ability to manage a diverse caseload and work in a fast-paced environment
Licensed to practice law in Virginia or eligibility to waive into the Virginia State Bar under Rule 1A:9
Commitment to serving low-income and under-served populations
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team
Preferred
Prior experience in civil and family law litigation is highly advantageous
