Responsibilities

Provide expert support for developer needs and relations using available tools & resources
Help developers resolve minor technical issues
Maintain and own ongoing contact needs via phone, email, text & video
Deliver expert customer experiences…with a smile

Qualification

Customer support experienceTechnical issue resolutionPC proficiencyEffective communicationTeam collaboration

Required

18 years or older with a High School Diploma or GED, with preference of college degree work
Minimum 2 years' experience supporting customers via a combination of phone, email, &/or chat
Live within 35 miles of the site and be able to work your full shift in the office
You will utilize multiple systems on a PC throughout your day to day and must pass technical assessments to show those skills
Your ability to communicate effectively and professionally will be a key need in this position and these skills will be reviewed from start to finish throughout your application and hiring process
