Provide needs-based guidance for Life & Health insurance solutions
Review client eligibility and present suitable options
Process applications accurately and maintain compliance
Follow up with leads and track activity inside the CRM
Maintain active state licensing and continuing education
Communicate clearly via phone, email, and virtual meetings
Qualification
Required
Active Life & Health Insurance License in any U.S. state
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Organized, ethical, and self-motivated
Willing and able to complete Life & Health licensing (self-funded)
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to learn quickly
Comfortable working remotely
Coachable and driven
Tech-friendly (CRM, virtual meetings, e-signatures, etc.)
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Self-driven, organized, and able to work independently
Ethical, professional, and client-oriented
Preferred
Prior sales experience strongly preferred
Prior Life/Health sales experience helpful but not required
Comfortable with digital tools, CRMs, and e-signatures
