Snowshoe Mountain is an outdoor adventure company, and they are seeking a Retail Associate to enhance the shopping experience for their guests. This role involves delivering exceptional customer service, managing inventory, and promoting a safe and organized work environment.

Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional customer service by warmly greeting and engaging with guests, efficiently handling phone inquiries, and managing all POS transactions with accuracy

Enhance sales opportunities by restocking items as needed, merchandising products correctly, providing insights on inventory levels, and participating in store clinics to gain in-depth product knowledge

Support inventory management through active participation in weekly cycle counts, and receiving and verifying merchandise

Promote a safe and organized work environment by adhering to safety protocols and maintaining a clean, neat, and orderly store appearance

Ensure smooth operations by notifying the supervisor of supply needs and reporting any internal issues

Execute daily procedures by completing opening and closing tasks, as well as other duties assigned by the manager and/or supervisor
