Responsibilities
In this vital role, you’ll be the first point of contact for agents, providing friendly, clear, and jargon-free support
Your day-to-day will include assisting with policy change requests, routing calls to the appropriate departments, and entering new first report of claims
You'll also help us stay on track by processing tasks in our work queue and lending a hand on special projects when needed
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
