Responsibilities

Optimize clinical workflows by identifying inefficiencies, implementing solutions, and continuously improving care coordination

Analyze performance data using SQL and other tools to track provider KPIs, surface key insights, and drive data-informed decisions

Collaborate cross-functionally with Clinical, Product, Care, and Data teams to develop strategies that enhance patient and provider experiences

Act as a key liaison for providers, ensuring their concerns are addressed, feedback is gathered, and workflows are streamlined

Support innovation in care delivery, researching best practices and industry trends to help shape Mochi’s clinical roadmap

Manage and update provider content, including communication, training resources, and workflows

Foster a team-first mindset: humility, collaboration, and partnership are key

Required

Comfortable working full-time, in-office in our downtown San Francisco office

Analytical and detail-oriented, with a proactive approach to solving problems

A strong communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
