Responsibilities
Provide technical product support to the company sales team and customers at all stages of the engagement process, from presales to post installation and deployment support
Provide solution recommendation support, system architecture guidance, and schematic reviews
Identify and communicate with principal business units and FSEs the technical requirements for new markets & applications or customer needs
Regular product updates and training to customers, sales, and distribution partners
Have the confidence and persuasive skills to earn the respect of engineering leaders both internally and with the customer
Qualification
Required
Minimum 5 years of Technical Sales experience
Must be located within the local Indianapolis Metropolitan Area - local sales F2F with Customers required
Charismatic communicator that can advocate for customers to an internal audience and for the company to the customer
Solid Problem-Solving methodology
A passionate and curious technologist with an ability to learn and adapt to industry trends
Basic knowledge of digital communication bus such as I2C bus and firmware reloading/rebooting experience
Preferred
BS Electrical Engineering degree
