People Development Manager
Reyes Beverage Group is focused on enhancing employee skills through effective learning and development programs. The People Development Manager will lead the implementation of training initiatives, analyze their impact, and build partnerships to identify organizational learning needs.

Responsibilities
Lead the deployment and implementation of learning and development programs to enhance knowledge and skills, including communications, logistics, and materials development as a Training Manager
Facilitate both virtual and face-to-face development classes to enhance the knowledge and skills of employees while providing subject matter expertise on key business initiatives and program launches
Explore new ideas in training workflows to promote dynamic learning options, coaching individuals on how to improve training results and diagnose problems by tracking key learning metrics
Identify future and current organizational learning needs by building partnerships and gathering input from stakeholders regarding the success of and opportunities for people development
Analyze the impact of training programs on employees and the overall business by using effective measurement tools and making recommendations to leadership
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree with 5 plus years of related experience and 2 plus years of management experience or High School Diploma/General Education Degree (GED) with 8 plus years of specific experience and 4 plus years of management experience
