Connect with members using provided warm leads to assess insurance needs
Recommend life insurance and supplemental benefit solutions tailored to individual goals
Guide members through the application and enrollment process
Provide ongoing policy support, including reviews, beneficiary updates, and claims assistance
Deliver a high level of service to ensure member satisfaction and retention
Maintain compliance with all regulatory and ethical standards
Qualification
Required
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organization, time management, and attention to detail
A self-motivated, goal-oriented mindset
Comfort working independently in a remote environment while collaborating with a team
Ability to obtain and maintain a Life Insurance License
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Coachability and openness to continuous improvement
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
Must be physically located within the U.S
Preferred
Sales or customer-facing experience
